New Patient (In-Person: 60-90mins)
Service Description
Our First Visit: (Always in-person) - In-depth dive into your main health concerns and all the ancillary symptoms to help guide recommendations for lab-work or next steps. - Questions about diet, sleep, hydration, movement, stress, bowel movements, etc... - Often, the first visit ends with orders for bloodwork, functional labs(hormones, stool testing, organic acids, mold, environmental toxins, etc..), and/or a referral to another provider for imaging or Rx medications. - Personalized education around the specific concerns and Dr. Dowling's clinical suspicions of underlying causes and systems involved.
Cancellation Policy
At the time of booking your New Patient visit, we require a $100 deposit to secure your large time-slot on Dr. Dowling's calendar. That deposit will go towards your new patient visit total of $385. HSA's, FSA's, and CC's of any type are accepted. Please contact us via phone: (970) 212-9229 or email: reception@nomadicnaturopathic.com if you wish to pay with cash or check. New Patients: We have a 48 hour cancellation policy for New Patient visits. If you cancel under this time frame, we will retain your deposit. Return Patients: We require a 24 hour notice of cancellation. Same day cancellations will be billed at $75 for follow up visits to your credit card on file.
